I've seen Sig. Cappelli wearing clothes made by Mario Formosa, whose shop is in the same courtyard as Cappelli. But I'm not sure if this particular suit is a Formosa.

My opinion would be that the ties are very, very nice. They are better than Marinella and most of the other tiemakers, but not to the level of Rubinacci either in terms of fabric quality or make. I buy ties both from Rubinacci and Cappelli and plan on continuing to do so. Mariano's are special, there are no other ties in the world, but they are a love/hate style so everybody's mileage will vary.
